Guided by evidence-based research and over 25 years of experience, we’ve created a place where residents feel secure, recognized, and valued. With on-site nurses and a 1:5 caregiver ratio, each resident receives the personal attention and support they need to live with comfort and dignity. We chose to build a 20-bed facility for a reason. Research has shown that people with memory impairment tend to get lost in larger facilities; this can elevate their anxiety level and frustration and they may feel a loss of independence and dignity. In a smaller community, it is much easier for them to find their room on their own. Our goal is to provide the ideal enabling environment where the residents can function to their full potential with dignity, respect, independence and choice.
