College Street Health Care Center is a small, 46-bed facility in Beaumont, Texas. We offer both short-term rehabilitative and transitional stays and long-term custodial care. We have a large number of private rooms available for a short-term stay. Our staff members strive for excellent customer service and care of our residents. Our therapy department is top-notch and both willing and able to return your patient to their home following a short stay under Medicare, private insurance or private pay.
