Juliette Fowler Communities

These statements define Juliette Fowler Communities, a faith-centered nonprofit organization founded in 1892. We were named for Dallas’ first female philanthropist, Juliette Peak Fowler, who envisioned an intergenerational home for elders, children and youth. Today, our community includes a wide range of services for older adults who choose apartments in various settings including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and affordable senior housing. At Fowler, everyone belongs. We are conveniently located in East Dallas near shopping, restaurants, the Arts District, and major medical centers. It takes time to create a place as special as Juliette Fowler Communities—more than 130 years in fact. We grew up in East Dallas as a community people of all ages could call home. Today, we’re still an intergenerational family serving children, youth and seniors. We’re something else entirely—intimate, cozy, comfortable—and you’ll feel the difference immediately.
