Mallow Place

Mallow’s Place caters to individuals with Intellectual Development Disability (IDD) or dual diagnosis. Because most families do not have adequate resources to care for their loved ones, this setting is perfect for individuals who receive SSI or SSDI income. We provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, direct care assistance, and transportation services to and from medical appointments within a 5-mile radius of the facility. Mallow’s place administrative team is eager to partner with social workers, services coordinators, family members, and advocates within the community to secure placement. We aim to deliver the best solution for those who need help with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. Our team focuses on wellness and keeping residents as independent as possible by providing a tailored plan of assistance.
