With our Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) model, The Outlook offers both incredible independent living and comprehensive Assisted Living and Memory Support right here on campus. The entry fee and predictable monthly service fee cover things like housekeeping, landscaping and overall community operations, and we even offer a flexible dining plan residents can customize to fit their own needs. As a nonprofit community, any remaining proceeds are reinvested back into the community to benefit the residents.
